Import Taxes and Other Fees
All import taxes, duties, fees or any additional charges incurred after the order has left our office are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case that a shipment is rejected by customs of the destination country and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Where are you Located?
The whole manufacturing cycle, from casting to the finished product is carried out in our factory located in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand
Do you also supply free sample packs?
We do not supply free samples. If you would like to give us a try, you can simply place a small order in our Retail Section and check the quality of the items.
Do you send tunnels, plugs and earrings in pairs?
Our products are sent as single items. You only receive a pair when this is explicitly stated in the item description, e.g.: "Sold as a pair".

What is Your Return Policy?
We accept return of all products that are defective, or shipped in error. Returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving the order. We give store credit for returned merchandise Return (postage etc.) costs are not credited or refunded.
